Before you submit your paper, it must meet SAMPE guidelines. Please use the paper template to write your paper and refer to the companion document for questions and content guidelines.

Copyright Form - This completed form must be submitted or your paper cannot be published. See form for submission instructions.
ITAR Papers – Can be submitted using one of the following methods only:
FedEx Overnight – Send a copy of your paper on CD to SAMPE, 1161 Park View Drive Suite 200, Covina, CA 91724
Email – Email an encrypted copy of your paper to michelle@sampe.org. Call Michelle at +1.626.331.0616, ext. 603 to provide the password.
FTP – Upload your paper onto your company’s secure FTP site and provide a link to the download to michelle@sampe.org.
