Submit your Paper - Papers are due February 26, 2010. An abstract must be submitted and accepted to the conference before you will be able to submit a paper. Before submitting a paper, be sure to use the formatting tools, including the paper template.

Copyright and Clearance Release Form - Submit this form the SAME DAY you submit your SAMPE Paper. Paper Template - Use SAMPE's paper template to ensure your paper meets SAMPE's formatting guidelines. Companion Document - Use this document to navigate SAMPE's paper template and to ensure your paper meets all SAMPE requirements.

• You will have 25 minutes to present your paper. We recommend using 20 minutes to present, reserving five minutes for Q&A.
• Presentations must be made in PowerPoint. A template will not be required.
• Presentation slides should not be overtly marketing oriented. A small company logo in the corner of the slide is fine, but the company name and logo should not dominate the presentations slides.
• Presentations should focus on the work presented in the paper that was approved for presentation and published in the conference proceedings.
• Do not use your presentation time to make a sales pitch.
• All authors must pre-register for the conference by March 23.
