1. I've pre-registered for the conference, but I don't have my barcode, what should I do when I get to the conference?

Go to the pre-registration booth in the SAMPE Registration Area. Our staff will be able to access your file so that you may pick up your badge.

SAMPE no longer mails conference badges. Instead, you should have received a barcode, with instructions to bring it with you onsite to access your badge. If you no longer have your barcode, go to the pre-registration booth in the SAMPE Registration Area. Our staff will be able to access your file so that you may pick up your badge.

Fill out the pass and bring it with you to the SAMPE Registration Area at the Long Beach Convention Center. Line-up at any of the "Onsite Registration Booths" so that our staff can process your badge.

The conference is taking place at the Long Beach Convention Center. Enter the convention center from Pine Avenue. Once you enter the building, the SAMPE Registration Area will be ahead on the left. Click here for driving directions.

No. Four of the sessions at SAMPE '08 include ITAR papers. After the ITAR papers have been presented, the session will be open to general conference attendees eligible to attend that day.

No. Requests for refunds had to have been submitted by April 21. You may, however, transfer your registration to another person, at no additional charge. The appropriate member/non-member rates will apply.
