The annual 1-day SAMPE UK & Ireland Chapter seminar addresses progress in design, materials and manufacturing technologies that are essential to secure continued success for cost effective high performance composites. Key innovators in the Aerospace, Defence, Automobile, Marine and Sports sectors have been invited to make presentations. Presentations from Bombardier, Formax, GKN Aerospace, Lola Composites, Oxford Brookes University, SP-High Modulus and Umeco are confirmed.

Come join the Seattle SAMPE Chapter for our annual Puget Sound Materials Expo to be held on Tuesday, 28 February 2012 at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, WA. This free event showcases many of our chapter sponsor companies. Suppliers of materials, tooling, manufacturing, processing equipment and services for composite and related industries will be on hand with tabletop displays from 2 pm to 6 pm. Come and see the latest and greatest in new developments! Get questions answered and your materials and process problems solved. Must be present to win the door prizes.
At 6pm the event will conclude with a keynote presented by Fred Fagergren from Nike. He will speak on Nike’s Legacy to bring Inspiration and Innovation to every Athlete in the World.

WASATCH FRONT MATERIALS EXPO – MARCH 7, 2012, SALT LAKE CITY, UT
The Utah SAMPE Chapter cordially invites you to participate in the 7th Annual Wasatch Front Materials Expo, to be held on Wednesday, March 7th, 2012 from 4-8 pm at the Scholarship Room, Rice Eccles Stadium Towers, University of Utah. WFME is an opportunity to bring the Wasatch Front Materials and Engineering Community together at a tabletop exhibition. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and soft drinks. Drawings for door prizes. Expected attendance of 40+ exhibitors and 350+ guests. Attendance is free.
